Sometimes Kevin kinda acts clueless.
He’s not nearly as fact-challenged as the other RadioMouth over there–you know, the one who thinks that school districts should deliberately confuse capital accounts with operating accounts like New Berlin does.
I was just waiting for someone to comment about it. It took enough. It got picked up by foxpolitics.net too. I have gotten lots of hits off of it.
