Roll bloat – Walking around the neighborhood

Or at least walking around Shoebox’s and Birdman’s neighborhood, because that’s where Mr. Dilettante’s Neighborhood is. Mr. D was one of the patrons back at The Wisconsin Sports Bar, and in addition to being the neighborhood watch captain, he’s also at True North.
