Even with the Democrats controlling both houses and the Presidency, there have been reports of rifts within the party:
- Liberals say not enough money is being spent on the stimulus
- Blue Dogs want less spent on the stimulus
- Gays didn’t like the choice of a Pastor at the inauguration
- Taxes aren’t being raised fast enough
- etc.
- etc.
It’s nice to see that unity within the Democrats isn’t split when it comes to core principle issues….say like abortion on demand:
But if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby. Barack Obama, March 31, 2008
Well, the family planning services reduce cost. Nancy Pelosi, January 25, 2009
While even known terrorists get hope and change from President Obama’s administration apparently, the unborn will be hoping for change until after he leaves office.
There’s always some rifts brewing in any national party. Are you suggesting an unusual amount of division among Democrats right now? I’m not seeing that.
Women and families the world over are getting a little more hope and change now that the president has reversed the ban on international aid going to family planning organizations who even mention the word abortion.
Women and families the world over are getting a little more hope
Women in developing nations who got treated like livestock are still going to be treated like livestock, now with the added bonus of facing a variety of punishments, including death, if the men who own them ever find out they snuck out to have their unborn children killed.
But Scott feels warm and fuzzy, and that’s what REALLY counts.
