I don&#039;t recall the PBGC taking over the GM or Chrysler pensions.  In fact, GM did make a couple of post-bankruptcy contributions to its employees&#039; pension plans.  I think that government entity did take over Delphi&#039;s pension plan, but that bankruptcy was not part of the bailout.]]></description>
