					<description><![CDATA[The last president we had with as much experience on the Hill as Gingrich has was...LBJ. And whatever you have to say about the man (and I can say plenty...little of it printable in public), the one thing you can&#039;t say is that he was anything less than 100% effective in getting his side&#039;s ideas translated into government policy, implemented, and made so sticky they have sometimes appeared to be permanent.

Gingrich will never be as good a man as Reagan. But I think he might just possibly be a better president.

It&#039;s almost too bad he&#039;ll never get the chance.]]></description>

VP, yes.  Policy role in WH, yes (note:  keep the door closed.)  Adviser to POTUS?  Yes.
