The repository of one hard-boiled egg from the south suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (and the occassional guest-blogger). The ramblings within may or may not offend, shock and awe you, but they are what I (or my guest-bloggers) think.Fri, 02 Dec 2011 22:59:08 +0000

And here’s a woman speaking against smart meters at one Occupy event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGoh4EUHrHc

But one issue actually shared by Occupy and TEA Party movements AND everyone in between is the anti-smart meter ground swell that is growing nationwide as people wake up, notably California, Maine, Texas, Illinois (esp. Naperville), etc.
No matter how you analyse it, the Big Utilities, as part of Big Government OR Big Industry, forcing consumers to have devices at their homes and neighborhoods that may cost them more, monitor their use, be easily hacked, start fires or make people sick (some immediately), is UNAMERICAN and unconstitutional. Transmitting microwave/radiofrequency utility meters are NOT mandated by the feds,so every state forcing people to have them is to blame at that level.
