If top line growth was strong, you would see these same people hiring temp. workers to deal with demand now, while covering their ass from the cost of Obamacare in the future.  That way they can unload these folks once the Obamacare boogieman coms out of the closet to destroy them in the next couple years.  But they aren&#039;t hiring temp. workers of course.  Because lack of sales is the real problem.  And doing nothing (like we are currently doing) will make it worse.  So you&#039;re actually getting what you want right now.  ARRA&#039;s done.  Fed.&#039;s done.  Top end tax cuts are safe.  Enjoy.


And P.S.:  There&#039;s an oil/NG boom going on right now in the U.S. that makes Gulf drilling looks like chump change in terms of dollars and employment.  The loss of a few oil rigs in the gulf isn&#039;t going to be a big deal in the long run.]]></description>
