I am now opening a betting pool on the question of &#039;How long will it be, post-vote, before Congress and the President start finding weasel-words and work-arounds that permit them to continue &#039;business as usual&#039;, spending like drunken sailors with someone else&#039;s credit card and a 48 hour shore leave ?

Given that they are about to recess for the month, betting will begin at the one hour mark, and continue in hourloy increments.]]></description>
