The repository of one hard-boiled egg from the south suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (and the occassional guest-blogger). The ramblings within may or may not offend, shock and awe you, but they are what I (or my guest-bloggers) think.Tue, 28 Jun 2011 11:44:00 +0000

Even if it was an “ad hoc” meeting specifically on the Act 10 case, given Bradley had no active role in the decision, there was no basis for that to be in her office.
Of course, it could have been on the Allstate case, where Bradley issued a concurrence to a Prosser-authored decision, which was also released on June 14.

They are, after all, Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices. ‘Nuff said.

What would the reasonable man DO when about to be attacked? Put up one’s hands in self-defense, or submit to a beating?
As to why they were in MiniMe’s office: it was prolly one of those ‘ad-hoc’ “hey, let’s wander in and discuss this…” kinda meetings.
Until Amazon Lady Mini-Me had a large hit of hormones from her ongoing menopause.
