					<description><![CDATA[The new software you speak of (WinEDS 4.0, a Sequoia Voting Systems branded product) has obtained a passing test report from an EAC accredited lab; however, the EAC wished to see two tests re-run; and since iBeta QA, the lab that ran the tests exited the voting systems test business in December, Dominion has had to go to another lab, get them up and running, and re-run the two tests.  Thus the new WinEDS system is lab tested, not yet EAC approved (certified).]]></description>
