					<description><![CDATA[I talked to some friends I know in Chicago, and they told me that Jay Levine&#039;s actions have been part of the problems of CBS 2 Chicago.  That station has let go their best reporters from what I was told over the past couple years.  If they did not like the contract, CBS 2 would make them sit out and receive their pay.  Also, their long-time political reporter, Mike Flannery bolted for the local FOX Station this Summer when CBS 2 decided to low-ball him.  The FOX station in Chicago is owned and operated by FOX News.  All, the four major TV stations in Chicago are owned and operated by the networks.]]></description>
