					<description><![CDATA[actually, now that I&#039;ve read the order, it&#039;s worse than you let on.  The Judge relies on the fact that the law doesn&#039;t fully go into effect until 2014 and that many circumstances can change by than.  Thus, the conclusion is that no harm has yet been done so it can&#039;t be sued upon.  If that is the standard, I guess the second ammendment is moot until someone has been killed, unable to protect themselves with a weapon.  Freedom of religion is no longer a guarantee until you can come back with a written note from God sayin how He was displeased.  What a travesty!]]></description>
