					<description><![CDATA[When he sat on hold for and hour waiting for a tax agent to tell them they weren&#039;t able to answer his question on how the new law would impact his business, he would need to talk to a &quot;tax expert&quot;, he thought they were evil.  When he saw the report that government employees were making 30+% more than their private counterparts and were nearly impossible to fire, he thought they were evil.  Finally, when he saw legislators enact law that was obviously unconstitutional, he knew they were evil.]]></description>
