					<description><![CDATA[that&#039;s unfortunate.  and i&#039;m not one for making excuses, however i believe he was 18 or 19 at the time and made a dumb mistake.  we&#039;ve all done stupid things when we were younger --including presidents like bush.  you&#039;ve gotta put it into perspective.  i&#039;m not much for his politics, but to condemn him for petty theft as a teen is kind of a low-blow.  find something more legitimate to call him out on.]]></description>
