The question is, would you rather deal with an employee of a health insurance company where you have legal and other options or would you rather deal with an employee of the DMV who tells you to shut up and sit down until it’s your turn?

Related, I see the VA version of this, a pamphlet called “Your Life, Your Choices” first published during the Clinton administration, is back in use thanks to the Obama administration.
