I&#039;ll argue that those things are happening, from a continuing-to-crater market to a raising of taxes even as the &quot;betters&quot; refuse to pay them.  The $64 trillion question is whether the GOP is willing to take full advantage.

The fact that I called it the $64 trillion question should tell you why I am not surrendering.]]></description>
