If it weren’t for the County Board, which rewrote every budget to include tax increases and on several occassions overrode vetoes to wipe those out, there wouldn’t have been one. Nice try though.

Walker’s last budget is 17% higher than his first one.
However, this budget went up 3%. That means Walker’s last budget proposal had a 14% increase from his first one. He raised taxes.
