					<description><![CDATA[In 1896, the Laurentian Divide area was overrun with buffalo.  Carbon-belching, carbon-farting buffalo.

Ergo, the &#039;fart tax&#039; proposed by the GreenWacks is legitimate, as is the GWT.

And it&#039;s man&#039;s fault.  The improper management of the buffalo herd, which allowed them to belch and fart enough to cause the 96/97 floods, was obviously due to Lack of Federal Management of the situation.

					<description><![CDATA[Well Heather beat me to the Corp of Engineers blowing up ice dams, but in addition to that, I&#039;m surprised he came out so quickly to speak about his concern for the Red River valley.  At his press conference this week he was asked why he waited so long to express his outrage at the AIG bonuses, he stated that he wanted to take his time to get all the relevant facts before commenting.  Appears he&#039;s not getting good data on the flooding situation either, theirs a title for a book in there somewhere......A River Runs North...........]]></description>

I&#039;m surprised he noticed a natural disaster in North Dakota, after the deaths and power outages caused by the ice across Missouri/Kentucky slipped his radar.  Ice storms are caused by global warming, too...
