					<description><![CDATA[My son&#039;s grade school staged that same tripe last night, in New Berlin of all places.  This global warming propaganda piece had been, ironically, postponed from last Tuesday due to the snow and the cold.

Further irony was enjoyed when (for the first time in the six years I&#039;ve been attending their Christm--  I mean, Winter concerts) all the lights in the auditorium were left on for the entire performance so parents could better see and hear their children dance and sing to a song entitled &quot;Turn Out the Lights&quot;.

Most insipid, if not outright insidious, was one number that had the children pumping their fists in the air and repeatedly chanting &quot;Power to the People&quot; in a chillingly Black Panther-esque roundabout homage to the violent counterculture of the sixties.

There apparently IS a place for religion in the public schools, provided our children&#039;s worship is confined to the glorification and deification of Al Gore...
