That&#039;s a whole &#039;nother post.  While Joe was brought on to plug BO&#039;s foreign policy gap, Joe is 0 for a lifetime on foreign policy positions.  Not only was he against the surge, he argued for a partitioning of Iraq.  There&#039;s an article out from Iraqis saying how much they oppose him for exactly that reason.]]></description>
