					<description><![CDATA[Good for you!  You beautifully described why a &quot;health&quot; exception would gut any legislation that purports to restrict abortion.  Many people confuse &quot;health&quot; of the mother with the &quot;life&quot; of the mother and in the abortion context, those terms are worlds apart.

Unfortunately, this sort of rhetoric coming from Obama makes it appear to most people that he actually opposes most late term abortions.  If he did, he would not have received  enthusiastic and unqualified endorsements from Planned Parenthood and NARAL. Those organizations will only support candidates who believe in unrestricted abortion throughout the entire nine months of pregnancy.
