I’m sure you’ve heard about the horrible tragedy of high costs in medical care. The high costs are what’s keeping people from being able to get healthcare. My baby’s Daddy, my honey, Barack thinks it would be great if nurses and doctors took “helpful” jobs. By “helpful” of course, he means working for free…you know, like they do in the other Socialist countries!

I’m not sure how Michelle can work at a hospital and not know that in most of America, nurses are in such short demand they can name their own price, thus being both “helpful” and financially rewarded. Maybe it’s different in Chicago.
