					<description><![CDATA[I-80/90 between the Indiana border and I-65 has been under construction since I started college in 1992.  This fascinates me.

I&#039;ve noticed if I leave MKE at 3 p.m. Friday, I get to Indy at 1 a.m. local time, but if I leave MKE at 7:00 p.m. Friday, I get to Indy at 1 a.m. local time.  Also fascinating.]]></description>
