It was semi-live.  After all, I was listening to the Ed Morrissey Show and working the laptop on +5 second cat alert for a launch into the basement (or the air, whichever came first).

If I understand the siren system right, they have to trigger it county-wide.

And now the sun is trying to come out again even as more storms are working through Racine and Kenosha.]]></description>
