I was curious if there was anywhere that one could read the Mn State GOP convention platform? Any Ideas??

I am also a Ron Paul Republican, and would also like to thank you for your objectivity. I was at the Convention in Rochester, and, being new to the Primary process, I wish more Republicans would look as objectively towards the Ron Paul movement as you have.

While at times I was disheartened at the hypocrisy of many of the delegates, and appalled by the downright hatred I witnessed of some of the delegates towards Ron Paul’s supporters, I was comforted by the applause that many of these supporters received when they were not afraid to point out this hypocrisy to the Convention.

I admire those McCain supporters who were not afraid to speak to us, who were not ashamed to ask us questions, who were open-minded enough to come to Ron Paul’s speech and see for themselves WHY we support him with such enthusiasm, and who were not only willing to give us a voice, but to actually listen to what we had to say.

As a Ron Paul Republican, I want to thank you for your objectivity and your comments. I have been a life-long Republican, but in the last years I began to think maybe I wasn’t. Then I read our platform and realized I am, I haven’t changed. But the ones I elected, as Republicans, aren’t voting like ones. And I reached the point where I swore that never again would I compromise my principles for the party candidate.
As you point out, there were a few Paul supporters that vented their indignation improperly, but many of us tried our best and resolved all the more that we will continue to fight, for the good of the party and the country.
