					<description><![CDATA[I am not going to argue Nader won&#039;t hurt the Dems more that the Reps, but then isn&#039;t that the point. I would not rule out a Nader impact on the right. One thing I noticed was many Paul supporters jumping to Nader when he announced. Even some &quot;social conservatives&quot; have written positive pieces on Nader. When he was on Dobb&#039;s radio premier, Dobbs was so goo goo eyed I was afraid he was going to propose.

It is interesting that the &quot;far left&quot; and the &quot;far right&quot; agree on some core issues. They both tend to oppose corporate protectionism (free trade), They both are fed up with the Iraq War and other foreign entanglements.  They both are deeply concerned about the loss of civil liberties through the unPatriot Acts. Independents make up the largest segment of the electorate, and by far they are the angriest. Nader tends to get good marks from independents even though they may not agree on every issue. 

I think when all the dust has settled, we will see some interesting surprises.]]></description>
