					<description><![CDATA[It frosts (pardon the pun with a mountain of snow, alledgedly on the way) me that the govt. has no consequences of poor decisions such as the condemning in this case.  They took $ off the tax roles and have no likely way of replacing it.  I think we ought to have requirements that the developers who want the benefits of the eminent domain have to post a bond for the tax loss on the property before it gets taken.  That would increase the risk of this kind of nonsense for the developer and slow the no consequence train of the local governments.]]></description>
