Total taxes had MN at about 7th highest and we&#039;ll likely move into the top 4 with the most recent &quot;transit&quot; tax increases...maybe we&#039;ll &quot;Be number 1, be number 1&quot; if the Rats have their way with the state budget.  On the business side we are a few years behind Michigan but here to, the cracks are in the veneer.]]></description>
