					<description><![CDATA[Steve, good job in parsing the whole thing.  I looked at one part because it is an issue I have been mentioning, and intend to start hammering on.  I wanted to get across that they have, for the first time, identified the problem of unaccountable taxing jurisdictions, but they of course got the answer wrong.

The rest of the editorial was just gobbedlygook, and I did not have time to go through it all.

By the way, &quot;southeast WisTAXsin [is] so much a tax hell, [most of] the rest of the state looks attractive by comparison.&quot;]]></description>
