I do have my eye on the Hauppage WinTV-HVR 160 since it does have a dual tuner (1 ATSC/1 NTSC).  The question is, does the soon-to-be-closed Brookfield CompUSA have it because they have it for $70 (it&#039;s $100 at Circuit City).
