Unfortunately, they are not. The unacceptable behaviors of some children and failure to academically achieve are annually overlooked until the behaviors result in situations that allow MPS authorites to call in the gestapo. I&#039;m sick of hearing teachers report that it&#039;s the parents. School is the under the environmental control of the teachers and administrators when they don&#039;t, won&#039;t, can&#039;t, for a whole gamet of reasons control student and classroom behaviors education and development suffers. The schools failures are our criminals of tomorrow. Teachers and administrators should be held accountable for these failures not have the ability to turn large numbers of children with remedial needs over to the criminal justice system via calls to the police.]]></description>
