There&#039;s a BIG DIFFERENCE between &quot;median&quot; and &quot;average.&quot;

Although no one has run the numbers yet, my suspect-o-meter is near red-line on this announcement by the Gov.

Maybe we should look for &quot;average tax increase&quot; from a non-partisan group.

Median:  The entry exactly in the middle--as many entries are larger than the median as are smaller than the median.

Average:  The total of all entries divided by the number of the entries.]]></description>
