					<description><![CDATA[TxHB makes his living from a government program funded to help failing schools.  If he can succeed in cutting funding for RUSD to a Mke level of failure, he can certainly make a good living without having flog his wares in Milwaukee.

More money does not correlate to a better school but neither can less money correlate to a better school.]]></description>
