Pelosi had more than enough votes to get this done. She would have wrangled 8 more Dems if she had needed to. The only things that their votes did was give 8 Dems "plausible deniability" by having 8 additional slots to vote "no". Also, it will allow Nancy and her dimwits to run about telling people that this was "bipartisan."
