If it weren’t for the County Board, which rewrote every budget to include tax increases and on several occassions overrode vetoes to wipe those out, there wouldn’t have been one. Nice try though.

I wonder if I should break out the DeWalt M-4 5.62mm NATO nailgun.

Now, now, don’t be telling lies…

Walker’s last budget is 17% higher than his first one.
However, this budget went up 3%. That means Walker’s last budget proposal had a 14% increase from his first one. He raised taxes.
