While I can't dismiss X's concern, I don't get the same drift. I think they are getting people county by county (I believe that's how the recount is happening. X is in the same county as I am and I would bet that Coleman has a bunch of folks volunteering from this county. I don't really know how "having a bunch of Franken volunteers" really helps Franken. It's not as if it's some kind of a vote by observers on each of the ballots. Stay tuned.

That's why I added the "at least" part. They didn't show any willingness to block either of Clinton's appointees.

Speaking of Coleman, Amendment X at Savage Republican has a rather scathing report on the unwillingness of Coleman to actually fight for his seat.

No coincidence on McCain and Coleman. It's the same reason that McCain lost and Coleman is close against a lunatic.

As to Judges...do you really think the Specter, Collins, Snowe and even McCain, would stand in the way and show spine? They will abide by "advise and consent" and not stand in the way of even the most leftist of Obama's nominees. Sorry to be the downer, just don't see a willingness to fight in the Senate.

Actually, it does matter for the holy grail of left policy - judges. At least, it would if the Senate Republicans were actually interested in not allowing the federal courts to become havens of the Lawgivers-In-Black.

There are still certain elements of the 'Rat agenda that do not naturally find 3 (or should I say 2; it looks like Stevens is out in Alaska) Senate RINOs supporting them. The "Fairness" Doctrine is one of them.

Funny how John McCain and Norm Coleman show up on that list again and again.
