The repository of one hard-boiled egg from the south suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (and the occassional guest-blogger). The ramblings within may or may not offend, shock and awe you, but they are what I (or my guest-bloggers) think.

I've already got the Labatt Maximum Ice chilling in the fridge, so some self-medication is imminent :-)

That wouldn't surprise me in the least if he said that. He is the Human Gaffe Machine. I'm wondering whether he'll make it to Invesco Field as the nominee.

Fair to Obama????? You need your medication adjusted :)

The next suggestion I expect to hear from him is that only "Whitewall" tires need to reduce their fuel consumption!

If memory serves, somewhere around 2/3rds of the vehicles on the road have properly-inflated tires and properly-tuned cars (for the record, I'm in that 2/3rds). Therefore, it's closer to 8 cents/gallon.

To be a wee bit fair to Obama, that's an actual reduction in the amount of gas burned, not just a reduction in the price of that gas.
