Therefore, it's closer to 8 cents/gallon. To be a wee bit fair to Obama, that's an actual reduction in the amount of gas burned, not just a reduction in the price of that gas. If memory serves, somewhere around 2/3rds of the vehicles on the road have properly-inflated tires and properly-tuned cars (for the record, I’m in that 2/3rds). Therefore, it’s closer to 8 cents/gallon.

To be a wee bit fair to Obama, that’s an actual reduction in the amount of gas burned, not just a reduction in the price of that gas.
