Cougars set loose in Manitowoc by punks, recaught

The details, such as they are, are over on JSOnline’s DayWatch. Two things:

- Who knew Manitowoc had a zoo, much less cougars in said zoo?
- Why couldn’t the cougars have had a midnight punk snack?
