These guys don't get Mutually Assured Destruction, so a lesson is in order. The 5 days will be to allow the non-combatants to leave. Jihadists may use the time to get there to become martyrs.</i><i> <b> Other 'holy' places can be listed separately for their 5 day follow-ups. This doctrine will permit Muslims who are not jihadists to pressure and/or expose those who are to end the attacks.
